You'll lead identification and evaluation of external assets to support Acadia's pharmaceutical pipeline, focusing on CNS and rare disease therapeutics. You'll build financial models, competitive analyses, and business cases for BD transactions with executive visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct searches to identify potential BD opportunities
• Build financial models and business cases for transactions
• Perform competitive landscape and financial data analysis
• Collaborate with Commercial and R&D teams on deal packages

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in consulting, venture capital, or investment banking
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, MBA or equivalent)
• Excel financial modeling for complex revenue/cash flow NPV
• Pharma/biotech deal experience with strategic transactions
