💼 About This Role

You'll provide transactional and regulatory legal support for international payments and banking products at Toast. Your work will help design compliant financial products for restaurants and their guests globally. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge FinTech in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise cross-functional teams on multi-national financial laws and regulations
• Draft and negotiate strategic partnership agreements with financial institutions
• Research and respond to legal questions on financial products across geographies
• Review marketing materials for compliance with applicable laws

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school or equivalent
• 5+ years of legal experience in international financial services
• Experience with financial regulations in UK, Ireland, Canada, or Australia
• Strong knowledge of payments and banking regulations across multiple jurisdictions
