You'll own and strengthen operational relationships with top UK clients like Vinted and Gymshark, acting as the operational backbone for high-volume accounts. You'll ensure smooth daily operations while working closely with Strategic Account Managers to drive profitable growth and resolve issues quickly. This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling logistics startup backed by $35M in Series A funding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day operational relationships with key UK clients
• Ensure high-volume accounts run smoothly and issues are resolved quickly
• Drive operational improvement initiatives for client accounts
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain service quality

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in operational or account management role in logistics or e-commerce
• Strong operational judgment and ability to triage in ambiguity
• Cross-functional coordination skills across commercial, ops, and finance teams
• Structured communication style for updates, incidents, and escalations
