You'll lead the Pricing & Promotions function end-to-end, managing a player-coach role with hands-on work and direct senior leadership visibility. You'll own the experimentation program, set promotional strategy, and build discount budgeting capabilities. This role combines strategic impact with autonomy in a high-growth security company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own pricing/promotions testing roadmap and experiment design
• Set promotional strategy, calendar, and prioritization
• Develop promotional structures based on performance data and competitive intelligence
• Build and manage discount budgeting capability

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in growth, ecommerce, or pricing
• Proficient with SQL and A/B test analysis
• Experience with promotional or marketing performance analysis
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop talent

• Experience with discount budgeting or financial planning
• Background in direct-to-consumer or subscription businesses
• Understanding of ML models and AI decisioning
