You'll lead the successful implementation of privacy solutions for enterprise healthcare clients, guiding organizations through complex regulatory challenges. This role combines consultative client leadership, program management, and cross-functional coordination to shape how privacy solutions are delivered at scale across the healthcare ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of privacy solution engagements including scoping, planning, and execution.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients on HIPAA-compliant data sharing and privacy risk alignment.
• Manage multi-stakeholder programs across product, engineering, data science, and operations teams.
• Define and refine delivery frameworks and best practices for scalable privacy solution implementation.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in delivery management, consulting, or client-facing implementation roles.
• Proven experience managing complex external stakeholder engagements with strong scope and timeline management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data environments, ideally including HIPAA-regulated workflows.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including technical, analytics, product, and operations.
