💼 About This Role

You'll support student engagement and leadership development within SFL's North American network, assisting with Professional Development Houses and educational curricula. You'll communicate directly with student leaders and monitor engagement metrics to improve their experience. This role offers flexibility, meaningful work, and autonomy in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support student engagement and leadership development.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program.
• Native English speaker or fluent.
• Passion for event planning and leadership development.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

🚩 Heads Up

• Requires availability every other Thursday 1-4 PM ET and in-person summit, which may conflict with classes.
• Stipend is relatively low for a 12-week program (approx. $458-$625 per week).
