• Teaching or mentoring experience preferred
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant certification required
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and lab instruction in aircraft maintenance
• Mentor and train students in airframe and powerplant techniques
• Develop lesson plans and assess student progress
• Ensure compliance with FAA and school standards
