You'll provide clinical leadership and direct therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents in a trauma-informed residential setting. You'll help youth build essential life skills and achieve individualized goals through collaborative treatment planning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments for sensory motor and life skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions.
• Support youth in crisis using trauma-informed approaches.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community providers.

📋 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed as an OTR/L in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with children or adolescents.
