🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and refine operational framework for the Performance Center
• Drive operational cadence including daily standups and weekly syncs
• Track strategic metrics like revenue protection and onboarding velocity
• Serve as primary closer for action items and incident follow-ups

📋 Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in Operational Leadership or Program Management
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in high-volume internet traffic environments
• Executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with measurable data-driven decision making

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in Content Delivery Networks (CDN) or streaming media
• Familiarity with SRE methodologies and SLIs/SLOs
• Experience with BigQuery or specialized BI tools
