🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build production AI systems end-to-end.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into measurable solutions.
• Build data pipelines feeding models and product surfaces.
• Design rigorous evaluation systems for quality and regressions.
• Integrate LLMs with prompt engineering, tool use, and cost management.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in production ML/AI.
• Hands-on production experience with LLMs (prompt engineering, function calling, RAG).
• Strong skills in Python (or Go, Rust, TypeScript with production ML).
• Experience with an ML framework (PyTorch, scikit-learn, JAX).

• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Deep experience with commercial LLM APIs in production.
• Experience building agents with tool-use loops in production.
