📋 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies
• AI-First mindset with practical knowledge of LLMs and Copilots
• Experience implementing processes in complex multicultural environments
• Influential communication to negotiate priorities with senior clients
