Description

You will lead broker-focused sales to drive new business, working closely with the Chief Sales Officer to develop and execute a strategic sales plan. Your role includes building relationships with benefit consultants and insurance brokers, tracking KPIs in Salesforce, and communicating Reliant's value proposition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years sales experience in health insurance broker community or related
  • Understanding of group health cost-containment space
  • Ability to collaborate across sales, implementation, account management, and operations
  • Impeccable ethics and high communication standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; Undergraduate degree in business or related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop a broker sales strategy focused on generating broker activity and new business
  • Achieve annual new business sales targets by leveraging existing and new broker relationships
  • Create product awareness in assigned territory and provide consultative services
  • Track sales activity and KPIs in Salesforce, providing monthly read-outs to management
  • Communicate value proposition via virtual and in-person visits and conferences
