Description
You will lead broker-focused sales to drive new business, working closely with the Chief Sales Officer to develop and execute a strategic sales plan. Your role includes building relationships with benefit consultants and insurance brokers, tracking KPIs in Salesforce, and communicating Reliant's value proposition.
Requirements
- 5+ years sales experience in health insurance broker community or related
- Understanding of group health cost-containment space
- Ability to collaborate across sales, implementation, account management, and operations
- Impeccable ethics and high communication standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; Undergraduate degree in business or related field
Responsibilities
- Develop a broker sales strategy focused on generating broker activity and new business
- Achieve annual new business sales targets by leveraging existing and new broker relationships
- Create product awareness in assigned territory and provide consultative services
- Track sales activity and KPIs in Salesforce, providing monthly read-outs to management
- Communicate value proposition via virtual and in-person visits and conferences
