You'll operate balers, shredders, and extruders for a recycling operation at a leading environmental services firm. Your work will drive sustainability by sorting and processing plastics. This role offers comprehensive training and opportunities for growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and label different types of material properly
• Use power tools to remove metal/plastic from recycled plastics
• Sort plastic types for grinding and extrusion process
• Adjust compounder machine settings for proper melting

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Lift 50 pounds repetitively
• Stand 8+ hours per day
• Operate a forklift
