You'll join a global systematic investment manager overseeing $170B, preparing timely and accurate client invoices for institutional clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing inquiries and drive process improvements. This role offers exposure to complex fee structures in a data-driven finance environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly and quarterly client invoices accurately
• Coordinate billing inquiries with internal teams and clients
• Calculate fee rebates, consultant revenue, and commissions
• Update and maintain revenue and asset databases
• Assist with annual audit and document invoicing procedures

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years invoicing experience in investment advisory or financial services
• Proficient in Excel and managing large databases
• Ability to handle complex invoice calculations and foreign currency translation

• Working knowledge of industry terminology like high water marks
• Experience with Business Central or FRx reporting
