You'll build relationships with EAP providers, unions, and employers to connect employees to Charlie Health's virtual behavioral health services. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop go-to-market strategy for Labor, Union, and Employer partners
• Conduct cold outreach and host educational meetings with stakeholders
• Attend in-person field outreach 3-4 days per week
• Synthesize partner feedback to inform marketing and product strategies

📋 Requirements

• Must reside in North Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico
• 5-8+ years proven sales experience with overachieving KPIs
• Experience working with unions, employers, and EAPs
• Ability to travel regionally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
