You'll oversee the monthly closing process and support financial reporting for an HVAC services company. You'll ensure compliance and drive process improvements to align operations with financial goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Maintain financial analysis tools and reporting packages.
• Review project estimates and job-related transactions.
• Direct daily accounting operations including AR/AP.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA license is a bonus (not required).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn accounting systems.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple locations.
