You'll lead strategic enterprise sales for Outreach's agentic AI platform across EMEA, owning the full deal cycle from pipeline creation to close. Your core impact will be driving adoption of AI-powered selling capabilities in large organizations. You'll engage at the C-suite level to build business cases and navigate complex organizational structures.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own EMEA territory, focusing on accounts where Outreach drives transformational impact.
  • Lead executive-level discovery with CRO, COO, CEO, CFO, and CISO stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute account plans using MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations in partnership with Solution Consultants and AI specialists.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years enterprise sales experience in a SaaS or cloud environment.
  • Proven track record selling complex solutions into large organizations across EMEA.
  • Experience running a top-down executive motion and closing at C-suite level.
  • Deep knowledge and practical application of MEDDPICC sales methodology.

  • Experience articulating AI ROI to skeptical enterprise buyers.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered GTM tools like conversation intelligence and predictive analytics.
  • Knowledge of EMEA enterprise buying dynamics across UK, DACH, and Nordics.
