You'll support outreach and engagement for the Activate Fellowship program, drafting email campaigns and coordinating recruitment webinars. Your work will help expand access to deep tech entrepreneurship for scientists and engineers. This role offers hands-on experience in communications strategy for a mission-driven organization supporting breakthrough technologies from lab to market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and execute email campaigns in HubSpot
• Coordinate logistics for recruitment webinars via Zoom and Luma
• Update recruitment-related website content and FAQs
• Support HubSpot permissions management and CRM hygiene

📋 Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working with structured systems like HubSpot, Asana, or Notion
• Strong execution mindset and ability to follow through
