You'll lead ServiceNow architecture for complex programs, serving as principal technical owner. You'll drive end-to-end solution design and act as a thought leader to senior management and customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and design of complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Mentor developers and own solution architecture for multi-module programs.
• Lead client workshops and translate business needs into technical specs.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex platform issues.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with 3+ years as SME in architecture.
• Expert knowledge in at least two ServiceNow products (ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SecOps, IRM, HRSD).
• Advanced scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Flow Designer).
• IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP API integration experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
