💼 About This Role

You'll join Anduril's Hardware team providing on-site technical assistance for hardware and software issues at the Costa Mesa headquarters. Your core impact includes computer imaging, hardware troubleshooting, managing RMAs, and supporting device audits. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge defense technology powered by an AI operating system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide on-site technical assistance for software and hardware issues.
• Support asset management tasks including audits and inventory.
• Handle repair, refurbishment, and e-waste for desktops and laptops.
• Manage deployment of mobile technology like phones and hotspots.
• Image, configure, and deploy endpoint hardware and peripherals.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in PC/Apple hardware and operating systems.
• 1+ years experience managing desktop incidents and deskside support.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and iOS.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL, Nix).
• Familiarity with OS Imaging.
• Experience with desktop applications like Microsoft Office and Adobe.
