Description

You will play a key role in ensuring projects change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing communications and training material to support the change management strategy.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience supporting Change Management activities with federal agencies

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted communications and training materials
• Deliver training via classroom or virtual forums
• Support other organizational change management activities as needed
• Assist in coaching project teams
• Support communication efforts, training efforts, engaging senior leaders and organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
• Coordinate efforts with other specialists
• Evaluate and ensure user readiness
