💼 About This Role

You'll program CNC machines including 3 and 5 axis mills, set up and operate LFAM 3D printers, and inspect parts for a technology-first manufacturing startup revolutionizing composite tooling for aerospace, defense, and motorsports. You'll provide DFM feedback to engineers and ensure quality parts delivered on time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Program 3 and 5 axis CNC mills (Zimmerman, HAAS)
• Set up and operate LFAM 3D printers
• Inspect parts and provide tolerance reports
• Provide DFM feedback to engineers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with CAM software (MasterCAM, HyperMILL, NX, Esprit, etc.) including 5-axis simultaneous
• 5+ years experience as machine setup/operator
• Experience programming and operating 5-axis gantry machines
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings with GD&T

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CAM software like Tebis, Esprit, Hypermill
• Experience in tooling/mold making for aerospace or motorsport
• Experience with CMM and surface scanning inspection

• Requires lifting 50 pounds unassisted despite senior role
