💼 About This Role

You'll conduct Physical Therapy assessments and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize independence for frail seniors. You'll deliver restorative care, supervise therapy assistants, and build long-term relationships with participants. This role offers lower patient volumes and no after-hours documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments in facility and occasionally in home.
• Participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans.
• Deliver and document interventions as per care plans.
• Supervise Therapy Assistants and train staff, participants, and caregivers.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Two years in clinical setting with frail or elderly population preferred.
• Valid California Physical Therapy License or proof of eligibility.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• CPR and First Aid certification upon hire.
• Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience.
