You'll take full ownership of the operational day-to-day relationship between Upvest and Europe's leading financial institutions as a senior counterpart. You'll manage end-to-end live client relationships, ensuring smooth daily operations and building long-term partnerships. This role is inherently operational and client-facing, bridging clients with our platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day operational relationships with top financial institutions
- Oversee support delivery via Zendesk and Slack
- Manage Service Level Agreements and identify improvements
- Serve as internal advocate for client interests with cross-functional teams
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in client-facing roles within investments or banking
- Professional fluency in German and English
- Deep familiarity with financial industry or regulated environments
- Experience with software-as-a-service products

- Background in Banking-as-a-Service or similar
