You'll take full ownership of the operational day-to-day relationship between Upvest and Europe's leading financial institutions as a senior counterpart. You'll manage end-to-end live client relationships, ensuring smooth daily operations and building long-term partnerships. This role is inherently operational and client-facing, bridging clients with our platform.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day operational relationships with top financial institutions
  • Oversee support delivery via Zendesk and Slack
  • Manage Service Level Agreements and identify improvements
  • Serve as internal advocate for client interests with cross-functional teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in client-facing roles within investments or banking
  • Professional fluency in German and English
  • Deep familiarity with financial industry or regulated environments
  • Experience with software-as-a-service products
