Description

You will develop next-generation RFICs for the Starlink network, working with cross-disciplinary teams to design, simulate, and characterize RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits deployed in space and ground infrastructure, enabling global connectivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
• 5+ years of RF integrated circuit experience
• Ability to work long hours and weekends as necessary

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems
• Derive specifications for RFIC subsystems and circuits
• Develop circuits in SiGe or CMOS processes
• Perform IC floor planning and layout
• Evaluate and characterize prototypes
