You'll own IT support automation for enterprise organizations, eliminating tickets at the root cause. You'll architect production-grade automation systems across SaaS platforms and drive measurable reductions in ticket volume. This role combines deep technical leadership with direct execution ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze ticket trends and eliminate root causes of recurring issues
• Design and implement automation workflows across multiple SaaS platforms
• Build lightweight microservices or serverless functions in Python or Go
• Define SLIs/SLOs and implement monitoring for automation services

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in SRE, Platform Engineering, or DevOps
• Strong proficiency in Python or Go
• Deep API design and integration experience
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi)
