You will lead and scale our Ambassadors Division nationwide, ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality field operations. You'll own key operational KPIs, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading field operations or distributed models at a national level
• Background in operations, customer experience, or service delivery
• Strong data- and KPI-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into action
• Experience leading leaders (Regional Heads, Supervisors)
• Advanced English is a must

Responsibilities

• Lead national execution of Ambassadors operation balancing day-to-day management with strategic vision
• Own and drive key operational KPIs including completion rate, quality, timelines, and customer experience
• Define, standardize, and continuously improve processes and best practices across all regions
• Identify performance gaps and design corrective action plans
• Monitor and resolve operational incidents, focusing on prevention and long-term fixes
