🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on architecture leadership for strategic implementations
• Advance architecture practice with AI-driven approaches and reusable playbooks
• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of architects
• Participate in Architecture Review Board as a voting member

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or enterprise platform delivery
• 3+ years of people leadership or team management experience
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm charts, and AWS
• Experience with FHIR, HL7 v2, and CDA interoperability standards
