Description

You will lead and manage NDE inspectors and coordinate day-to-day non-destructive evaluation activities for the Starship program at Starbase. Your role emphasizes a quality-first culture and involves interfacing with engineering, production partners, and customers to ensure inspection quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years leading/managing team in manufacturing
• Level II certification in one or more surface methods and two or more advanced methods preferred
• 5+ years aerospace experience preferred
• ASNT TC-1A or NAS 410 or DOD guidance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prioritize workflow management
• Act as interface between team and production partners
• Manage inspector career development and certification training
• Manage maintenance planning for equipment and facilities
• Ensure team proficiency with modern inspection methods and automated systems
