💼 About This Role

You'll oversee LCSW/LMSW teams delivering compassionate psychosocial care to cancer patients, managing clinical escalations and driving quality improvement initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Social Work and offers the chance to shape a growing program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a team of Oncology Social Workers
• Handle clinical escalations and member crisis management
• Conduct team meetings and case conferences
• Monitor team metrics and develop coaching plans

📋 Requirements

• LCSW (unrestricted Clinical Social Work license)
• Master of Social Work degree (MSW)
• 8+ years of social work experience
• 2+ years social work leadership in oncology or case management

✨ Nice to Have

• Oncology Social Worker (OSW) certification
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential
• Experience with health plan or provider operations
