💼 About This Role

You'll drive sales of single cell RNA sequencing products to academic, biotech, and pharma accounts in the Midwest/Canada territory. You'll create and execute a sales strategy while collaborating with Field Application Scientists to ensure customer success and rapid experimental progress. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission with a first-quarter guarantee.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate and manage high-volume, large complex sales.
• Develop, maintain, and grow repeat business relationships.
• Prospect to build immediate and long-term sales pipelines.
• Negotiate and close deals while minimizing discounting.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelors in biology/genomics or related field.
• 1+ year of field sales experience in NGS/genomics products.
• Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time.
• Home office within US portion of territory.

• Masters or PhD in biology/genomics.
• Previous molecular biology lab experience.
