Description

In this role, you will conduct offensive security testing and recommend defensive techniques to secure autonomous vehicle software and backend systems. You'll review code, lead security validation, perform penetration tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure automotive products.

Requirements

• Good understanding of embedded systems and software-hardware interaction
• Strong experience in penetration testing of embedded systems
• Technical knowledge of Linux or QNX internals
• Proficiency in C/C++ or Python
• Experience with hardware security primitives (secure boot, key management, cryptographic accelerators)

Responsibilities

• Review and assess vehicle software platform code for security vulnerabilities
• Lead security verification and validation (V&V) initiatives
• Set up benches for penetration tests and risk assessments in an automotive environment
• Implement fixes for identified vulnerabilities and coordinate with core teams on remediation
• Conduct hands-on security testing and perform risk assessments to prioritize security bugs
