You'll join a new team at 1Password to define and build greenfield AI security projects, focusing on access management for AI agents. Your work will shape how AI workflows are secured at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Code, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development cycle
• Mentor junior and new team members with technical guidance
• Participate in planning, estimation, and code reviews

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in software development
• Experience with a modern backend language like Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python
• Proven experience in software development best practices and coding standards
• Strong skills in communicating technical concepts to non-technical partners

✨ Nice to Have

• Strong understanding of authentication and identity concepts (OAuth, OIDC)
• Familiarity with MCP servers
• Experience with distributed systems at scale
