You'll lead the legal response to regulatory engagements and investigations for a leading fintech company. Your work will directly shape how Netwealth manages complex regulatory matters. This role offers high visibility and impact in a rapidly growing firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage legal responses to regulatory requests and investigations from ASIC, APRA
• Oversee litigation and dispute resolution, including external counsel coordination
• Advise executives and boards on regulatory risk and resolution strategies
• Coordinate evidence gathering, document production, and stakeholder timelines

📋 Requirements

• Senior lawyer with strong regulatory and litigation experience
• Experience responding to regulator requests and investigations
• Ability to manage complex, time-critical matters with attention to detail
• Proven track record driving matters to resolution under tight deadlines

• Experience in financial services regulation
• Background in private practice or in-house at a regulated entity
