Description

You will own end-to-end program management for Design Systems, illustration, iconography, and AI projects at Lyft. You will drive the AI Taskforce, shape workflows, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead planning and prioritization. Your work enables design teams to move faster and more effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years in design program management, product design, or relevant design industry role
• 1+ years working with Design Systems
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity; can take a loosely defined problem and build a plan without heavy oversight
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and genuine interest in how they change design teams

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and execution for Design Systems, illustration, iconography, and AI projects end-to-end
• Drive program management for the AI Taskforce across Education, Content Design, and Infrastructure tracks
• Shape and document workflows that make the team faster and more effective
• Partner with designers, engineers, illustrators, and PMs to scope work, set timelines, manage delivery
• Build visibility into project health, team utilization, and priorities for design leadership
