💼 About This Role

You'll support merchants during onboarding and implementation of Shopify Payment Method solutions, troubleshooting integration issues and enabling features like subscription support. You'll work at the intersection of Support Engineering, Product, and Customer Success in a fast-moving startup environment. This remote contract role offers flexible hours and potential to extend.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support merchants during onboarding and implementation of Shopify Payment Method solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug implementation issues related to Flex Shopify Payments and Marketing App
• Lead post-implementation feature enablement for Shopify features
• Document common implementation patterns, FAQs, and known issues

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in implementation or support engineering
• Comfortable working with REST APIs and JSON
• Experience using Postman to test and debug APIs
• Familiarity with webhooks and asynchronous event flows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting payment systems, subscriptions, or checkout flows
• Familiarity with Stripe or Shopify
• Light SQL or data-debugging experience
