You'll be building a scalable, multi-tenant app platform for Grafana Cloud, refactoring core architecture to support OSS and proprietary apps that integrate dashboards, alerts, and telemetry. Your work will directly impact millions of users across the globe, ensuring smooth rollouts without service disruptions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Code new features and improve system operational experience
• Author, contribute to, and review design documents
• Shape the roadmap and mentor team members
• Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations

📋 Requirements

• Strong coding skills with operational experience owning the software you built
• Experience working on a SaaS platform handling distributed systems problems like scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, and high availability
• Excellent communication skills with clarity in writing and meetings
• Proficiency in Golang or willingness to learn it

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Grafana ecosystem (Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo)
• Background in developing opinionated cloud applications
• Familiarity with modern AI coding assistants
