Description

You will implement and optimize Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions, translating business needs into scalable data architectures. You'll own the entire lifecycle from requirements gathering to testing and stakeholder enablement, working at the intersection of engineering and business analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years in CDP, Martech, data engineering, or business systems analysis
• Hands-on experience with CDP platforms (Lytics, Segment, Adobe RT-CDP, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, and data integration patterns (ETL/ELT)
• Experience designing data models, event taxonomies, and identity resolution

Responsibilities

• Define business goals, customer journeys, and CDP use cases with stakeholders
• Design customer data models, event taxonomies, and identity resolution frameworks
• Configure CDP features for segmentation, event tracking, and data ingestion
• Build integrations across Martech systems (CRM, CMS, ESP, etc.)
• Lead end-to-end CDP implementation including testing, QA, and deployment
