Description
You will provide Level 1 support for Epic customers from our call center, accurately processing and recording call transactions, diagnosing issues, and delivering remote support. You'll follow escalation procedures and ensure prompt, courteous service to end-users.
Requirements
- 3+ years Epic experience (credentialed/certified preferred)
- 1-2 years IT or call center experience preferred
- Proper phone etiquette and effective listening skills
- Proficiency in typing and grammar
- Knowledge of customer service principles
Responsibilities
- Ticket/issue escalations for assigned call center
- Accurately process and record call transactions using tracking software
- Analyze symptoms to determine customer issues
- Deliver remote support and service to end-users
- Follow up with scheduled callbacks and maintain communication
