As a Senior Sales Development Representative at MCG Health, you will identify and qualify leads for evidence-based care guidelines and software solutions by making calls, sending emails, and using social media. You'll partner with Sales Executives to build a pipeline of high-potential prospects and drive new business growth in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by making 30-40 calls daily and building a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Prospect into healthcare organizations via lead follow-up, networking, referrals, and cold calling
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and decision-making
  • Send personalized emails and engage via social media to connect with and qualify prospects
  • Partner with Sales Executives for territory strategy, growth goals, and appointment scheduling
