Description

You will lead IAM integration, support, and governance, building scalable RBAC models and maintaining access reviews to enforce least privilege. This role bridges technical implementation and security compliance at a company whose tools are used by millions of developers worldwide.

Requirements

• 3+ years IAM engineering or architecture experience
• Experience administering enterprise IAM solutions (Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID)
• Scripting and automation skills (Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell)
• Familiarity with cloud IAM (AWS IAM, GCP IAM)
• Solid understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration of new apps into centralized IAM platform
• Provide expert support for complex authentication/authorization issues
• Maintain and optimize IAM infrastructure including SSO, MFA, PAM
• Execute periodic access recertifications and permission reviews for compliance (SOC 2)
• Design and implement RBAC and ABAC frameworks across systems
