You will guide customers to design and build reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB's data platform. You'll work with sales executives to solve business problems, win deals, and drive growth, becoming a trusted advisor to a wide range of users from startups to enterprise IT organizations.

Requirements

• 12+ years related experience in customer-facing role, 7+ years pre-sales in enterprise software
• 3+ years experience with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or popular programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#) professionally
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility

Responsibilities

• Design scalable applications, systems, and infrastructure for large software projects leveraging MongoDB
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies, articulating business value
• Collaborate with sales team on account planning, opportunity prioritization, and pipeline generation
• Generate demand through technical initiatives, events, and account-based marketing
• Foster customer relationships, build champions, and ensure customer success
