You'll lead security design reviews and threat modeling for critical products at Motive, a company empowering physical operations with AI-driven tools. You'll design secure-by-default libraries and frameworks, and drive a Security Champions program to embed security across engineering teams. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on architecture to scale security impact across 100s of features quarterly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead security design reviews and threat modeling for new features.
• Design and advocate for secure-by-default libraries and frameworks.
• Develop and run a Security Champions program.
• Guide architecture patterns for cloud, API, identity, and data security.

📋 Requirements

• Strong background in Product Security, architecture, and design patterns.
• Proven experience leading security design reviews for large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience designing secure-by-default libraries or frameworks.
• Deep hands-on cloud security fundamentals.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Security Champions program or similar enablement initiative.
• Experience with Kubernetes/EKS, ArgoCD, or Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD security or IoT/edge device security.
