You'll lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions in mobile gaming and Ad-Tech, building sophisticated recommendation systems that elevate user experience and business performance. Reporting to the Director of Data Science, you'll drive high-impact projects towards global success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize complex ML models and recommendation systems for ad tech.
• Oversee end-to-end data science projects including personalization and pricing.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to launch data-driven solutions.
• Mentor junior data scientists and oversee technical initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science or machine learning within ad tech.
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SQL, and large-scale data processing.
• Experience deploying ML models in production and with MLOps practices.
• Strong foundation in statistics and hypothesis testing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in causal inference techniques and robust A/B testing design.
• Experience with recommendation systems tailored to advertising and user engagement.
• Familiarity with latest AI/ML advances in ad tech industry.
