🎯 What You'll Do

• Shadow BA and PM workflows to map time spent on recurring tasks
• Design and deploy automations using AI and no-code tools
• Evaluate and select AI tools for workflow improvement
• Define and track capacity KPIs, report impact to leadership

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Analyst or related role
• Hands-on experience with Workato or equivalent automation tools
• Practical experience with LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT
• Ability to read/write Python or JavaScript and query SQL

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets
• Analytical mindset for prioritizing high-leverage automations
