Description
You will be part of the founding sales team in Mexico, building the organization from the ground up. You will prospect and win new business, partner with sales leadership, and negotiate contract terms to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years full-cycle B2B direct sales experience
- Experience managing 3-6 month sales cycles with six-figure annual revenue per deal
- Commitment to outbound prospecting and closing new logos
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and Slack
- Experience selling into trucking, oil & gas, construction, or logistics is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prospect and win new business by developing strong relationships with key prospects
- Partner with sales leadership to enhance country-specific playbooks and processes
- Negotiate contract terms based on prospect's business needs
- Proactively identify customer issues and drive cross-functional solutions
- Meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas
