📋 Requirements

• 4+ years managing software engineering teams
• 5+ years hands-on software engineering experience in SaaS
• Strong technical foundation in software development and cloud infrastructure
• Track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing teams in a high-growth company
• Familiarity with AWS and modern cloud-native tooling
• Background with Go and/or TypeScript
