Description

You will serve as the strategic day-to-day point of contact for Roku's advertisers and agencies, ensuring campaign success from pre-sale to post-sale. You'll manage client relationships, drive upsells, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day client contact for top-tier advertisers and agencies
• Manage and grow accounts, driving renewals and upsell opportunities
• Craft data-driven narratives to engage and upsell clients
• Support Account Executives in client meetings and QBRs
• Ensure seamless campaign launches, monitoring, and optimization toward KPIs
