- Research and qualify leads from hospitals and clinics
- Proactive outbound contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Schedule appointments for Account Managers
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM system
π Requirements
- Enrolled in business administration, healthcare management, or related field
- Experience or strong interest in phone acquisition and outreach
- Sales affinity and outbound communication skills
- Fluent in German and English (both min. C1)

- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience in B2B sales or cold calling
- Experience in hospital sector
