💼 About This Role

You'll manage the end-to-end venture support pipeline for student entrepreneurs at ALU, from discovery to funding readiness. You'll directly accelerate promising startups and strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem across Africa.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support planning and delivery of SVP activities and learning sessions.
• Conduct check-ins with student founders on progress and barriers.
• Match mentors to founders based on needs and track engagements.
• Collect and analyze venture performance data for weekly reports.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, pitch days, and events.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
• Experience facilitating entrepreneurship programs or startup ecosystem involvement.
• Understanding of startup life cycles, MVP development, and traction building.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple moving parts.
